Privacy & cookies.
This notice describes the Keplum AI website, inquiries and call bookings. Keplum AI is the brand used on this site. Our privacy contact is Emiliano Miglionico, founder, at emiliano@keplum.com.
Information you give us
When you contact us through the form, we receive your name, email address, business name, service interest and message. We also keep a submission date, an internal reference, and any referral source or campaign included in the link you used. We may add notes about our conversation and its next steps.
You can send an inquiry without signing in. The form uses a signed, essential security cookie and an opaque daily identifier derived from your network address to limit abuse and prevent duplicate requests. The application does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record. If you are signed in through ChatGPT, the submission uses your signed-in identifier instead. Our hosting providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, reply, discuss possible work and manage follow-up. Submitting the form, booking a call or closing the cookie notice does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information or sensitive information about your clients.
The form requires contact details and a brief description so we can respond. You can choose to email us instead. The website does not make automated eligibility, employment, lending or other significant decisions about you, and submitting the contact form does not itself send that inquiry to an AI model for analysis.
Optional AI conversation and voice notes
The optional conversation in Identify helps you explain a task and prepare preliminary notes. It is an AI assistant, not a person or a verified business assessment. You can contact Keplum or book directly without using it. The provider is identified beside the conversation before you send anything.
When you send a chat message, that message and the conversation context are sent through our server to the identified AI provider to generate a reply or draft summary. Recording starts only after you select Audio and allow microphone access. You can play or discard a voice note before selecting Send. Selecting Send uploads that audio to the identified provider for automatic transcription, then uses its text in the AI conversation to generate a reply. You can review and edit the preliminary notes before adding them to your inquiry.
Keplum does not save conversations or recordings in its database or browser storage. Conversation text and brief condensed context are held in the current page’s memory; “Clear conversation” removes them from that page. Longer conversations send recent messages with that condensed context to keep requests bounded, while the original messages remain visible in the page. Leaving or hiding the page stops recording and discards its voice-note preview. Our server processes messages and audio temporarily to complete your request; the AI provider processes them under its own data terms. We do not send these conversations automatically to HighLevel. Only notes you choose to add to the contact form and then submit become part of your inquiry. Booking a call does not transfer the notes to Google Calendar. Your browser may independently restore pages or form fields.
The initial AI provider is OpenAI, identified in the conversation before you send anything. There is no automatic switch to another provider after an error. See OpenAI’s API data controls for its processing and retention practices. A change of provider requires updating this notice before activation.
To limit abuse and automated spending, the AI service uses temporary counters with an opaque daily network identifier and request counts, without raw network addresses, messages or audio. Counters become eligible for removal after three days and are cleared during subsequent AI requests. The same essential security cookie protects the inquiry form and AI requests.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with inquiry records stored in Cloudflare D1. Access to the inquiry inbox is restricted to the site owner. Email correspondence is handled through Keplum’s Google Workspace account. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy policies, and processing may take place outside your location.
Inquiry records are queued for synchronization to HighLevel, our customer relationship management provider. The synchronized information includes your contact and business details, message, service interest, referral or campaign information and a receipt reference; it may also include an assigned review task. This supports review and follow-up by the Keplum team. Delivery may be pending or retried. An enabled HighLevel workflow sends an initial service acknowledgement and notifies our team when an inquiry is processed. These service messages do not subscribe you to marketing. See HighLevel’s Privacy Policy.
When you select a booking action, Google Calendar opens in a booking dialog or a new tab. The embedded booking page loads only after you select that action. Google shows available times and collects the booking details you enter; these are processed by Google and shared with the appointment hosts to arrange your call. Your chat and preliminary notes are not sent to Google Calendar automatically. Google confirms a reservation when you complete its booking process. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Keplum does not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.
Retention and your requests
Retention depends on whether your inquiry is still being discussed, whether it becomes a client relationship, and any legal or contractual recordkeeping needs. Inquiry records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Closing a sales record does not delete it.
You can request access, a copy, correction, deletion or an end to follow-up at emiliano@keplum.com. Contact us from the address used for your inquiry when possible, and describe what you need. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate way to send them.
A person reviews these requests, verifies identity where needed and checks the relevant inquiry, CRM and correspondence records. Applicable law determines the response deadlines, rights and exceptions. Some information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons; we will explain any limits that apply to your request. You may also contact the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction.
Cookies and browser storage
Keplum does not add analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party embeds to this website. Fonts and images are served with the site. The inquiry form does not save your message in browser storage.
Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies or other storage to provide access and protect the service. These are separate from optional tracking and may be needed for sign-in to work. There are currently no optional Keplum cookies to accept or reject.
The keplum_inquiry security cookie lasts up to two hours. It verifies that a public inquiry or AI request comes from a page opened on this site. It is not used for advertising or to track you across websites. Blocking it prevents public form submissions and AI requests; you can still contact us by email or use the booking link.
“Continue without saving” closes the notice for the current page without saving a preference. “Remember for 180 days” saves only a version number and date in this browser’s local storage under keplum-cookie-notice-v1. The preference stops being used after 180 days and is removed when you next load a page that uses this notice. It contains no inquiry details and is not consent to marketing.
The hosting layer also uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie, which was observed on this site. Cloudflare documents a 30-minute inactivity expiry for this cookie. Other hosting or sign-in storage may depend on your session and is managed by those providers. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.
You can reopen Cookie settings and select “Forget saved preference”. This removes Keplum’s saved notice choice; it does not sign you out, remove provider cookies or delete your inquiry. Clearing site data in your browser also removes this preference.
You can manage stored site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in. Links to X or other external websites open services governed by their own privacy and cookie policies; they are not embedded here.
Tracking signals
Keplum does not track visitors across websites for advertising, sell inquiry data or share it for targeted advertising. Those practices remain off whether or not your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. These signals do not stop processing needed for an inquiry you choose to send or a call you book. External services manage their own privacy controls.
Accessibility and assistance
You can use a keyboard to navigate the menu, conversation controls, questions and form. Voice notes are optional; you can type instead. The site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. If a page, cookie control or external booking service prevents you from contacting us, email emiliano@keplum.com with the page and the assistance you need. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
Calls and project work
Contacting us or booking a call does not purchase an assessment or authorize project work. Scope, price and delivery are agreed separately in writing. AI conversation notes are preliminary and based on what you share; Keplum must review the actual workflow before making final recommendations. They are not client results or guarantees.
Changes
We update this page and its date when these practices change. If we introduce analytics, embedded booking or other optional tracking, we will explain it and provide the choices required before activation. A saved notice preference does not authorize a new tracking purpose.
